The value of a true friend

When we first talked to each other

I knew we would always be friends.

Our friendship has kept on growing

God will make a way for me

God is able to lead and guide us when we don't know what to do. Remember, God knows everything about our situation, even though it looks confusing to us. Hearing from Him often takes time. Therefore, we need to be patient and wait on the Lord to direct our path and answer our prayers.

Isaiah 42:16-17

16 I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. 17 But those who trust in idols, who say to images, ‘You are our gods,’ will be turned back in utter shame.

Tell all the lost that salvation is full and free

God has given us the greatest gift that heaven had to offer sinful man. Those of us who have come to know God, and the power of the blood of Christ, should ring that message every where we go. Both men and women have a God given responsible to share that message of the free gift of salvation with sinful humanity. Do not be ashamed of what God has done for you.

Acts 8:4-8

Heaven Will Surely Worth It

There are some things in life that call for patience. Yes, it is true that human beings do not like to wait for things. We live in a mad rush culture, where we want things right now, no waiting. Some give up too soon in their struggles because waiting for them is just too long. Heaven will surely worth our waiting. We should not give up in our; struggles, sufferings, hardships and trials. We have started our journey to our beautiful home in heaven, let us complete it with joy.

Quiet time with God

As children of God, how much more do we need times of complete solitude, times to deal with the spiritual, physical and moral realities of life and to be alone with God the Father in prayer. Yes, we need quiet time to talk and communicate our desires, needs and problems and give thanks to our creator.

Luke 5:15-16

I'm important in the eyes of God

My spiritual gifts are tailored especially for me. God has a purpose for my life.To help me accomplish that purpose, He has given me just the gifts I need; nothing more nothing less. Just knowing that God has gifted me with the things I need make me special in His eyes. I do not need to look at others with their gifts and compare myself or feel inadequate. I need to thank God for what he has given me and use them to his glory.

Lift up your soul in the morning

What a privilege to begin the day in the presence of God! It is said, "The morning is one end of the thread of which the day's activities are strung and should be well knotted with devotion." It makes a difference when we look up to God before going to face people. Often we are so busy, that we have no time for God and spiritual things. Start your day right, start it with God taking control.

Psalm 143:8

Training our young people in the way of God

Training our young people in the way of God The greatest gift and investment that parents can pass unto their children, is a knowledge of God and the bible. That is eternal and will never perish. All earthly gifts and investments will perish. Parents have a God given responsibility to train our young minds to be leaders of tomorrow. There is great joy in seeing young people being prepared and involved in serving God. I'm the child of a king

The creator of the universe calls me his child. What a blessing! What a a privilege! What a responsibility! As children of God we can trust that our Father will provide for us. He knows just what we need

Do not give up in despair

The difference between the impossible and possible lies in a man's determination. The inner attitude that says to each one of us, do not give up, you can do it.

God is with me

I'm aware that during the most difficult times of my life, there is only one set of footprints I need to follow. Yes, during my journey through this life, I will encounter my ruts and potholes, shadows and deep darkness, joys and sorrows, faith and fears. But in all of these situations, I need to be reminded that my God is with me. I need to believe and trust in his power to help me walk in his footprints.

Psalm 56:3-4

3. Whenever I am afraid,I will trust in You.  4. In God I will praise His word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?

I was there when he said, "It is finished". My sins were paid for with his blood.
