Quiet time with God

As children of God, how much more do we need times of complete solitude, times to deal with the spiritual, physical and moral realities of life and to be alone with God the Father in prayer. Yes, we need quiet time to talk and communicate our desires, needs and problems and give thanks to our creator.

Luke 5:15-16

15 Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. 16 But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.

The healing power of prayer

Have you seen the amazing healing power of prayer? Every day, millions of people lift up the names of those who are sick, suffering, struggling and depressed with the problems of this life in prayer to God. The Great Physician is always willing and available to listen to those needs and answer according to his plan and will. He provides both physical and spiritual healing. Yes, there is power in prayer. Keep praying. It can change the night to day in the lives of many.
